We watched this video clip in Sept 2010 to spark discussion about the stress we were under and how working together we would become stronger. Now after two years of work, implementing the standards, and our first state assessment given, we have grown together. You are more effective teachers, you have a better understanding of the rigor and meaning of the standards, you are sounder in your assessment practices, you are leading this work!
